Dr Friederike Hoffmeister advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law. She has particular experience providing labour law advice associated with the reorganisation and restructuring of companies, as well as corporate acquisitions. A further focus of her activities is advising in contract drafting and litigation.
