Dr Christoph J. Müller advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law. In particular, he has considerable experience in the labour law aspects of corporate acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings, as well as the negotiation of corporate agreements. Another key area of activity is advice on the conclusion and termination of employment contracts with executive employees and company representatives. In connection with this, Dr Müller advises numerous international, in particular US, companies and their subsidiaries in Germany.
